Returns and Exchanges

If your product does not fit or if you are unsatisfied, you will have 30 days from the date of purchase to exchange or return your item(s) of equal or lesser value or a full refund, excluding the original shipping cost.

SALE ITEMS NOT INCLUDED.

Conditions required for a return or exchange:

  • The product(s) have not been washed or worn.
  • The product(s) have not been damaged, soiled or smell not good.
  • The product(s) must have all tags.

 

To exchange an item(s):

  1. Please email us at info@eyeclothingco.com and let us know your intentions ( which item from your order you would like to exchange and what item you would like to have as your replacement, including sizes and colors). This is to try to prevent the item you want from being out of stock by the time we receive your return by setting your requested item aside for YOU.
  2. State in your email:your name, order number and your intention (to return this particular item for a refund or to exchange for a size).
  3.  Mail the item back to us, along with a copy of the note, to: EYE Clothing Co,  8700 NE Vancouver Mall Dr, Suite 282  Vancouver, WA 98662

Once your returning item has been received and inspected (making sure it has not been washed, worn, soiled) we'll send out your replacement item to you straight away and email you to let you know its on its way.

If your address has changed or you would prefer us to use a different address, please let us know that address in your email and on the note you include with your returning item.
