Shipping & Returns
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will generally ship within five business days from the date of your order and should be delivered within 7-10 business days. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Note: For Special Order Product, expect an extended shipping and delivery window. We will notify you of anticipated delivery date via email once the order has been confirmed.
If your product does not fit or if you are unsatisfied, you will have 30 days from the date of purchase to exchange or return your item(s) of equal or lesser value or a full refund, excluding the original shipping cost.
SALE ITEMS NOT INCLUDED.
Conditions required for a return or exchange:
- The product(s) have not been washed or worn.
- The product(s) have not been damaged, soiled or smell not good.
- The product(s) must have all tags.
To exchange an item(s):
- Please email us at email@example.com and let us know your intentions ( which item from your order you would like to exchange and what item you would like to have as your replacement, including sizes and colors). This is to try to prevent the item you want from being out of stock by the time we receive your return by setting your requested item aside for you.
- State in your email:your name, order number and your intention (to return this particular item for a refund or to exchange for a size).
- Mail the item back to us, along with a copy of the note, to: EYE Clothing Co, 8700 NE Vancouver Mall Dr, Suite 131 Vancouver, WA 98662
Once your returning item has been received and inspected (making sure it has not been washed, worn, soiled) we'll send out your replacement item to you straight away and email you to let you know its on its way.
If your address has changed or you would prefer us to use a different address, please let us know that address in your email and on the note you include with your returning item.
